What are CHI NINE candles made from?

Our key ingredients are intention and love! It’s also good to note that our ingredients are completely natural, vegan and cruelty-free. CHI NINE candles are made from a smooth coconut + soy wax blend, infused with 100% natural essential oils.

Can CHI NINE candle jars be reused?

Absolutely, our jars were selected with this in mind! It is recommended to stop burning your candle when there is only half an inch of wax left. Clean your jar out with boiling hot water (be careful), wipe out and reuse!

How are CHI NINE candles made?

All our candles are made in our CHI NINE London kitchen where they are all individually hand-poured and decorated.

What is the refund policy?

If your candle arrives damaged in any way, please let us know so we get that sorted for you!

Can CHI NINE candles be shipped worldwide?
